Halibut Help?

We have 55 pounds of halibut in our freezer from Eric’s Alaska trip, which we haven’t had time to blog about yet. Anyway, I am in desperate need of as many halibut recipes as I can get my hands on. Looking online for recipes has left me only mildly impressed. So, if you have any recipes that you know are awesome, please pass them on!

I good place to look is on allrecipes.com. Type in Halibut Weaver. Super yummy. Also, another good one is to just broil the halibut with some lemon on top and then flake the fish and use it as fish tacos. Have fun. Miss you guys! Love, Kari

Hi Wen, We had a good friend show me how to bake fish wrapped up in Parchment paper. She used just salt and pepper and lemon juice.(actually folded at the top...if it doesn't stay closed...she says to staple it close only on the top don't worry about the sides) She also bakes her "roasts" in this paper too. hmmmmmm interesting way. But she says that the juices stay in and it tastes "wonderful"

Love ya Wen!
